PRESENTATION

The Degree in Private Law presents a path that students can choose following the second year of the Law Degree which constitutes with the first year the common trunks for undergraduate studies. GOALS

This training aims to:

• Provide general and comprehensive legal training.
• Allows you to acquire a basic training in law private sector which affects in particular the law of property, the contract law, liability law, land law, commercial law, the law of companies, labor law, securities law, etc.

TARGETED SKILLS

Graduates of the license in private law will have the opportunity to work in the public, private, and occupying postes comme : magistrat, avocat, huissier de justice, notaire, conseiller juridique, responsible within the legal departments of economic enterprises and financial (banks, insurance, etc.), legal function within the fundsof sécurité sociale, attaché d’administration, inspecteur de police, greffiers, expert judiciary, customs officer etc.
